Tracy Cochran

Tracy Cochran is a writer, storyteller, and woman of faith whose life and work center on the transforming power of God's love, identity, and redemption.

For much of her life, Tracy carried the effects of childhood trauma, abandonment, loss, and broken relationships — wounds that shaped how she understood herself, love, and belonging. Her journey through those experiences became an unexpected path toward discovering the Father's heart and learning to live from an identity rooted not in what happened to her, but in who God says she is.

Her story has taken her across seasons and places — from California to the Midwest and Tennessee — each bringing its own lessons of leaving, planting, grieving, growing, and beginning again.

Tracy writes for those who have ever felt unseen, forgotten, rejected, or defined by their past. Deeply Known is her debut memoir. Through her writing and storytelling, she hopes to remind others that their past may be part of their story, but it does not have to be the author of their future.
