Ready to Stop Running in Circles?

Join coach, speaker, and Ironman athlete Chris Camp in this powerful upcoming book as he reveals the hidden patterns behind your decisions, actions, and results—and shows you how to finally break the loop that’s keeping you stuck.

You’re Moving… But You’re Not Moving Forward.

You keep telling yourself this time will be different.

You’ll finally stay consistent.
Finally follow through.
Finally break the cycle.
Finally become the person you know you’re capable of becoming.

But somehow, you keep ending up back in the same place.

The same fear.
The same frustration.
The same self-doubt.
The same patterns.
The same outcomes.

You push harder. Stay busy. Keep trying to “fix” yourself.

And after a while, it starts to feel exhausting carrying the weight of potential you haven’t fully stepped into yet.

Running in Circles will help you understand why.

Change your perspective. Change your results.

In this powerful upcoming book, coach, speaker, and Ironman athlete Chris Camp reveals the hidden loop behind your decisions, actions, and results—and why lasting change doesn’t begin with working harder. It begins with changing the way you see yourself, your setbacks, and what’s actually possible for your life.

Through honest stories, practical insight, and a framework you can apply immediately, you’ll learn how to:

  • recognize the patterns keeping you stuck

  • stop repeating cycles that sabotage your progress

  • rebuild confidence and momentum

  • make better decisions with clarity and purpose

  • and finally create different outcomes in your life

You are not stuck because you’re incapable.

You’re stuck because you’ve been running in circles around the same loop.

And once you see it, you can change it.
